The open-concept design flows seamlessly into the chefs kitchen kitchen, complete with quartz countertops, Thermador appliances, and all the necessary cooking utensils for preparing delicious meals. The property features five beautifully appointed bedrooms, including two primary suites with king-sized beds, providing a serene and luxurious retreat for couples or solo travelers. Two additional guest rooms with queen beds, along with a bunk room featuring two sets of twin/twin bunk beds, cater to all your sleeping arrangements. Each room offers ample space and comfort, ensuring a restful night's sleep. One of the standout features of this rental is the rooftop deck, where you can relax and take in the breathtaking ocean views while enjoying a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Whether you're looking to unwind or engage in some fun-filled activities, Ocean's Eleven is ideally situated near all Wrightsville Beach has to offer. Heated Pool Notice: Ocean’s Eleven features a heated pool to help make your stay even more enjoyable. If you would like the pool to be heated during your vacation, please email your request at least 48 hours prior to arrival so we can have everything ready for you. A $325 non-refundable pool heating fee applies for vacation rentals that are 2-14 days, with an increased fee for stays that meet or exceed 15 days. Pool heating is not available during the summer months and works best when outdoor temperatures remain above 50°F. If temperatures drop to or below 50°F, the heater may not function properly and pool heat may not be available, even with advance notice. The most reliable times of year to enjoy a heated pool are typically September, November, March, April, and May, though this is weather-dependent. When conditions allow during December, January, or February, we are happy to activate the heater upon request. When available, the pool is heated to a comfortable 85–88°F. To ensure your request is fulfilled, please email your pool-heating request directly to your assigned agent, regardless of the specific booking channel used to secure your vacation. Occupancy: 12. Stay Requirements: Flexible arrivals in summer with a 3-night minimum stay. Minimum of 2-night stay in other seasons. Bedding Configuration: 2 Kings, 2 Queens, 2 Bunk Beds (Twin/Twin). Parking: Assigned parking on site for 4 vehicles. Pet Policy: No pets allowed. Prohibited: Pets, Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental. Property Security: For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have exterior security cameras located on the front door (doorbell camera) and facing the parking area. Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund. All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
