Stay Requirements: Flexible arrivals in summer with a 3-night minimum stay. Minimum of 2-night stay in other seasons. Bedding Configuration: 2 Queen, 2 Twin. Parking: Assigned parking in driveway for 2 vehicles. Pet Policy: No pets allowed. Prohibited: Pets, Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Use of Exterior Lift, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental. Featured Amenities: Keyless Entry, Carport, Smart TV, Induction Stove, Off Street Parking, Duplex. Property Security: For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have 2 exterior security cameras located on the under the house facing the parking area and driveway. Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund. All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
