The home has a modern design featuring a reverse floor plan to maximize the ocean view benefit on the top floor where the family will congregate in the communal areas. As you walk to the top floor you will be impressed with all the natural light afforded by the open space. You will find a fully stocked kitchen with upgraded stainless-steel appliances. The master chef in the family will want for nothing when preparing those family meals. After the cooking comes the feasting at either the dining room table or the kitchen bar top for a more casual affair. Eat, laugh and play will happen in this area without a doubt. Pet Policy: Pet Policy: Dogs welcome as an optional add-on for this property with a non-refundable fee of $250 + tax that is charged per pet. Maximum of 2 dogs per reservation. Charge will be added after booking when the option to bring a pet and number of pets are selected. Nonrefundable fees are listed in the House Rules and animals must be disclosed via the Rental Agreement. Fees are not included automatically when booking on VRBO and must be paid separately to the host if you wish to bring a pet(s). Failure to disclose and prepay for dogs will result in penalty fees which are disclosed in House Rule #16. Prohibited: Smoking Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
