As you enter “Harley’s Hideaway” you are led to the first living level. A cozy sitting nook lined with windows makes a prefect place to tuck away and read your favorite book. There is a plush sofa and smart TV for those family members that want to kick their feet up and catch up on their favorite shows. A nice, covered deck off the living area makes for a great hideout to soak in the salt air without all the sun! Just down the hall you will find the three guest rooms. The first guest room is furnished with two twin size beds and has a jack and jill bathroom that connects to the queen guest room. The third guest room on this level features a cozy king size bed, secluded balcony, and a private bathroom that is stylishly remodeled. The top floor of this mini paradise houses the main living space and is extremely open and welcoming! You can cook a meal, relax on the sofa, or take in the breeze while people watching from the deck - all with a view of the ocean! The kitchen is well stocked and outfitted with gorgeous granite and all the conveniences of home. Beautiful hardwood floors and large windows line the space and give a natural glow to the great room. The primary suite offers a private balcony with views of the Intracoastal Waterway, a gorgeously remodeled bathroom complete with a walk-in shower and garden tub, and a spacious king-sized bed. Cancellation policy
Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- Bryant Real Estate will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
Policy Match Guarantee
If a better price is available for the same property on Airbnb or the owner's site, contact the Concierge — Bryant Real Estate will match it.
