The kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining area and offers bar seating as well as a dining table. Updated with stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, and a stunning tile backsplash - no details were spared when stocking the kitchen and it is sure to delight all chefs in your family. The living room is greeted with a large couch and multiple sofa chairs for all to find a comfortable spot to lounge after a long day at the beach. Stay Requirements: Saturday to Saturday rental in summer with a 7-night minimum year-round. Bedding Configuration: 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twin, 1 Twin Trundle. Parking: Assigned parking on site for 2 vehicles. Pet Policy: No pets allowed. Prohibited: Pets, Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.
