The living room features a cozy sofa that can be converted to a king-sized bed in the evenings for groups that require an additional sleeping area. The well-stocked kitchen offers a generous amount of counter space for preparing meals. There are several local restaurants within walking distance or order in and enjoy the local flavors gathered around the dining table. Complete with a private ocean front balcony, a communal grilling area with picnic tables, a crystal-clear swimming pool, well maintained tennis court, meticulously groomed grounds, coin laundry on each floor, exterior security entrances, an elevator for your convenience, and all just steps from the beach, local shops, and restaurants – this condo has all the makings for a perfect family vacation! The Station One complex requires all vehicles to display an HOA issued parking pass while parked on the property in order to avoid citation. Passes are strictly enforced and limited to two per rental unit; no exceptions can be made. All reservations require parking passes which will be issued from Bryant Real Estate to the reservation holder at the time of check in. *Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. Occupancy: 6 Stay Requirements: 3 night minimum during the summer Bedding Configuration: 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Twin, 1 King Sleeper Sofa. Parking: Parking for 2 vehicles with HOA parking pass. Pet Policy: Pet Free Property. No pets allowed. Prohibited: Smoking, Pets, RV's, Boats, Boat Trailers, Trailers, Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental. Additional Amenities: Keyless Entry, Outdoor Shower, Community Pool, Commercial Elevator, Secure Lobby, Tennis/Pickleball Court, Private Community Beach Access, High Speed Internet, Expanded Cable, Outdoor Shower, Covered Deck, Community Basketball Court, Private Washer and Dryer in Condo. Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
